HOW TO USE LIVELITE/SYNTEK NEW PRODUCT IN NIGERIA - DURASHIELD HD - SEALING TREATMENT


DuraShield HD by Syntek

DuraShield HD improves driver reaction time by keeping windshields and automotive glass surfaces clearer. It improves visibility during inclement weather, and reduces the likelihood of damage from small road debris. DuraSheild HD also allows insects to be easily washed away, and makes ice and snow much easier to remove. It protects against acid rain, corrosion and mineral buildup. It keeps glass looking newer longer and helps you preserve the integrity of your original windshield.

• Improves clarity and visibility to extend driver reaction time
• Deflects small road debris to reduce damage to glass
• Significantly reduces Night Glare
• Allows insects to be easily washed away
• Makes snow and ice much easier to remove
• Protects against acid rain, corrosion and mineral buildup

Directions for Use:
Before applying read through the complete product instructions and understand the process completely.  We suggest using rubber gloves to protect your hands.  DuraShield HD can be used on any glass surface that does not come in contact with food (e.g. car windows, shower doors, mirrors, etc.)

NOTE:  USE FOR GLASS SURFACES ONLY. DO NOT APPLY IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT or on TRANSPARENT PLASTICS.

STEP 1 – Cream Cleaner
1.       Start by wetting the glass with water and leave wet. (Do NOT use Cream Cleaner on DRY glass surfaces).
2.       Apply Cream Cleaner to pad from kit. Apply a small amount of Cream Cleaner on center of pad from kit. Gently massage over entire surface of glass.
3.       Rinse surface with water or damp cloth until every trace of Cream Cleaner is gone.
4.       Repeat application of Cream Cleaner if necessary until glass surface is clean and sparkling.
5.       MAKE SURE SURFACE IS COMPLETELY DRY BEFORE CONTINUING! (If needed, thoroughly clean with an alcohol-based glass cleaner.)  Wipe off completely with a microfiber, terry cloth towel or dry paper
towel until completely dry before proceeding to Step 2.

STEP 2 – Glass Window Treatment (Two Single Towelettes)
1.       In a well-ventilated area, wipe first towelette across the entire glass surface using a firm, circular, and overlapping motion. 
2.       Repeat application until towelette is dry. Take out the second towelette and repeat the process until
the towelette is completely dry.
3.       Allow the chemical to dry up to a minute on the glass after application is complete. 
4.       Wait for haze to appear before wiping off haze with a damp microfiber towel or paper towel and polish
the surface with a dry microfiber towel until crystal clear. 

NOTE:  USE ON GLASS SURFACES ONLY AND DO NOT APPLY IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT.  Apply ONLY in temperatures between 50 °F to 90 °F (10 °C to 32.2 °C). 

Step 3 – Refresh Spray (As Needed)
Apply Refresh spray when needed to regenerate repellency.  Spray on the entire glass surface, then wipe
off with clean, microfiber towel.

CAUTION: Use in a well-Ventilated area.
SKIN CONTACT: Wash with soap and water.
SWALLOWING: Do not induce vomiting.
EYE CONTACT: Flush eyes with water. If irritation persists, seek medical attention.
FLAMMABLE:  Keep out of reach of children.

9 Reasons to Quit Your Job As Soon As You Can

Quit your job to take a better paying position? Definitely. Quit your job for a great opportunity? Absolutely.
But there are a lot more reasons to quit your job (once you have something else lined up, of course.) And they all fall under one main category:
Life’s too short.
Life’s too short to go home every day feeling unfulfilled. Life's too short to work for a terrible boss. Life’s too short to go home every day feeling taken for granted, feeling taken less than seriously, or feeling taken advantage of.
Life’s short to not be as happy as you can be.
Say your grown daughter called and said, “I hate my job. I’m bored, frustrated, and feel like I'm going nowhere.” Wouldn’t you tell her to look for another job?
Shouldn’t you follow the same advice?
Here are reasons to stop being miserable and start looking for something better:

1. Your input is disregarded… or even not wanted.

Everyone has ideas. And everyone loves when their ideas are taken seriously – and implemented. The feeling that you’ve contributed in a special way is incredibly gratifying.
But when your boss or company shoots down or even laughs at your ideas, that’s not only insulting, it's demotivating. And pretty soon you stop caring.
Life’s too short not to care.

2. You get criticized publicly.

We all need constructive feedback. We all need a little nudge. We all need to be told when we can do something better – and how to do it better.
But we need to be told those things in private.
Life’s too short to walk around waiting for the next time you’ll be criticized – and even humiliated – in front of other people.

3. You never hear the word, “Thanks.”

Everyone also needs praise. We all need to know when we do something well (and everyone, even poor performers, do some things well.)
Life’s too short not to be recognized for the contributions you make.

4. Your boss manages up, not down.

You know the type: as a leader they should focus their time and attention on their direct reports, but they spend all their time “following” their boss. It seems like your only job is to contribute to the greater glory – and advancement – of your boss.
A great boss knows that if her team succeeds – and each individual on that team succeeds – then she will succeed too.
Life’s too short to spend your time developing your boss’s career at the expense of your own.

5. You feel like you have no purpose.

Everyone likes to feel a part of something bigger. Everyone likes to feel they make an impact not just on results but also on the lives of other people.
Life’s too short to go home every day feeling like you’ve worked… but you haven’t accomplished anything meaningful.

6. You feel like a number.

Everyone is replaceable. Everyone, ultimately, works for a paycheck. But everyone also wants to work for more than a paycheck. They want to work with people they respect admire… and they want to be respected and admired in return.
If your boss doesn’t occasionally stop for a quick discussion about family, an informal conversation to see if you need an help, or simply to say a kind word… then you’re just a cog in a larger machine.
Life’s too short to only be a cog in a larger machine.

7. You aren’t even mildly excited to go to work.

Every job has its downsides. (I’m willing to bet even Richard Branson has to do a few things he doesn’t enjoy.) But every job should also have some fun moments. Or exciting moments. Or challenging moments. Or some aspect that makes you think, “I’m looking forward to doing that…”
Life’s too short to spend only looking forward to quitting time.

8. You can’t see a future.
Every job should lead to something: hopefully a promotion, but if not the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities, learn new things, tackle new challenges… to feel like tomorrow has the potential to be different – in a good way – than today.
A decent boss works to improve the company’s future. A good boss works to improve her employees’ futures too, even if – especially if – that might mean some of those employees will eventually move on to bigger and better things.
Life’s too short to live without hope.

9. You don’t think you can do anything else.

That’s the best reason of all quit your job. I know what you’re thinking, “I make too much in my current job; I’ll never find something comparable.” Or, “There just aren’t any jobs where I live.” Or, “I’ve put too much time into this company (or career or industry.)”
All those things are true – if you let them be true.
You can do something else. You can do lots of something "elses."
You just have to believe – and trust that your creativity, perseverance, and effort will take you to new, happier, and more fulfilling places.
Life's too short to just stay where you are instead doing everything possible to live a better life.

A few things are given that we all understand about the network marketing industry: recruiting is one of the key elements in the success of any business; you (as a business owner) must understand the gifts recruits bring to the company; you must be sure that as many recruits as possible have the staying power to make yours a better organization; and you must understand that there is one major element working against you in this: time.
We all understand the idea that under the best of circumstances, a good network marketing employee can take 3 percent of his/her effort to get a 100 percent return. We call this effortless prosperity. New people coming into the business may be used to the exact opposite – spending 100 percent of their time gaining 3 percent of the return, which is exactly the opposite of effortless prosperity. The key to this effortless prosperity is having a secondary source of income such as a network marketing business.
Leverage is a huge part of network marketing, and is where you get a big organization and you’re trading your time for money or money for time. The bigger you grow your organization – locally, nationally or globally – is leveraging your time. There are only so many networking events you can go to, only so many trainings or coffee shops or other venues.
Let’s say you get two people in your organization: one on your left and one on your right, or so, and you teach them how to get two more recruits each.
Imagine you have a great training for your business associates – regardless of what kind of business you have. It helps teach you and helps you and your team learn how to grow your organization.
I am sure your company provides the training on how to sponsor the person on your left and the one on your right. Effectively recruit them to help you grow your business. After that, the key to this is, they go out like you’ve done and get two more people, and then those get two more—and you’re effectively leveraging your time.
It works out for some rapid growth … two, four, eight, sixteen and on until the business is huge.
One of my colleagues had 350,000 people in his organization and the other had more than 600,000 people in 53 countries. That kind of structure can be built with leverage and as it gets bigger, exerts a lot more leverage in favor of the company.
Imagine that kind of leverage, but you’re not going to start out there. If you hear somebody say you’re going to get rich quick, it’s not going to happen. With each new person you add, you also add more leverage. You won’t become a mega-company overnight, but you if you stay on the path you will become much more successful.

NEW IPROVEMENTS ON SYNTEK GLOBAL COMPENSATION PLAN 2014

We have been thrilled with the enthusiasm that the Emerald Expressway has brought to our distributors. As a company we are continually evaluating all areas of the business and making improvements so that our distributors can be more successful in breaking through the barriers in their lives. As a result of this quest to provide the best to our distributors, we are announcing that we will be replacing the Emerald Expressway with an exciting, permanent Unilevel Team Commission plan, which was fully released at our June 21st USA Pre-Launch.

Syntek Global is going all out, and this change, along with other exciting enhancements, will allow you to see a bigger return on your work as you build your business. These enhancements will go into effect on July 1st, and you’re going to like what you see!

Some improvements:
  • Just one of our new enhancements is the addition of a Unilevel component! Distributors can earn up to 32% on ALL volume generated in just the Unilevel portion of the comp plan.
  • When distributors reach certain ranks they will receive cash bonuses bigger than we’ve ever had before! For example, when a distributor reaches Sapphire, they will receive a $10,000 cash bonus rewarding you for your hard work!
  • We will be starting an exciting new car program where Syntek Global will pay for your brand new car. This isn’t a contest or a drawing. When you qualify, we take care of your car payment!
